WE ARE REBUILDING, RESTORING AND TRANSFORMING LIVES.

WHO WE ARE
Working to Restore a Life's Purpose
Our core aim is to provide purposeful activities to individuals in the Causeway Coast and Glens who want to increase their confidence, motivation and self-belief while learning new skills.
We focus on supporting people who have special or additional needs, mental health issues, are long-term unemployed or are undertaking community service.
We support our clients by teaching them new skills, providing counselling and empowering them with the ability to make a difference in their lives.
ACTIVITIES
Making a Difference

OASIS
Oasis is a dedicated support service for individuals living with or recovering from mental health challenges. We provide a safe, welcoming space through our drop-in service, where anyone feeling isolated or lacking in confidence can find a friendly face, a listening ear, and a warm cuppa.
Beyond social connection, Oasis offers professional counselling and tailored one-to-one support. We work alongside our clients to develop personal plans that help them achieve their goals, build resilience, and move toward a more independent and fulfilling life. At Oasis, no one has to face their journey alone.
GROW
The Grow project focuses on inspiring the community to reconnect with nature in a sociable and supportive environment. By encouraging participants to get physically active and produce their own food, we harness the proven therapeutic benefits of gardening to improve physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
From the quiet focus of planting seeds to the rewarding achievement of the harvest, Grow provides a space where individuals can learn sustainable skills and enjoy the fruits of their labour. Whether you are looking to boost your confidence or simply enjoy the fresh air, our garden offers a peaceful sanctuary for growth and recovery.

WORKSHOP
The Workshop provides a creative and practical space for individuals to build confidence and self-esteem through the craft of woodworking. Our workshop offers a supportive environment where clients can learn to use tools safely while working on tangible projects, from bird boxes and planters to clocks and home décor.
Working with wood is a therapeutic process that encourages focus, patience, and a sense of accomplishment. By transforming raw materials into beautiful, functional objects, participants not only gain valuable practical skills but also experience the mental health benefits of creative expression and community connection.
